Ahnenblatt 5: Celebrating our 25th anniversary with 25 new features!

Ahnenblatt has actually been around for 25 years!
That’s a reason to celebrate with a new version that brings many great new features, the highlights of which are listed below.

This version is a paid major release that is offered at a discounted price to owners of a Version 3 or 4 license.

MAPS There are four options: individual, ancestors/descendants, and family names. And if the location coordinates are missing, they can easily be looked up online.		TIMELINES Available either as a page-based layout or as a poster—5 variations are possible. With or without historical events in all 30 Ancestry Sheet languages.
UPCOMING BIRTHDAYS Displays upcoming birthdays of living people—right in the toolbar.		DATE CALCULATOR It offers three functions that can also be combined: conversion between calendar systems, calculation of anniversaries, and calculation of date differences.
RELATIONSHIP CALCULATOR Ahnenblatt determines the relationship between any two people in your database and displays it as text.		GEDCOM7, GEDZIP, and GEDCOM Options Open and save data in the latest version of the GEDCOM format. With GEDZIP, you can also combine personal data and photos into a single file. It is now also possible to exclude certain data from the GEDCOM export. These options are now available when uploading to GEDBAS as well.
SEARCH “RELATIONSHIP” A new search option for finding romantic partners, as well as parent-child relationships.		AND MORE Input fields with visible suggestions, addresses as QR codes, and the ability to open .ahn files directly from German legacy programs “Familien-Chronik” and “WinAhnen.”
