User forum
There is a german user forum called Ahnenblatt-Portal which has some categories for support in english language.
It is recommended to register before using the forum, but this is not a must! The advantage would be to get an email notification if answers where added to your posts.
This user forum is managed by other users - not the author of Ahnenblatt. So far the only way to get support for the software.
